Buying for first timers

Buying your own home for the first time is exciting, but can be very daunting at the same time. We can help you with your first buying experience – not only by building your very first home but we can also help you buy it too.

We offer a variety of packages to help with costs which can include Stamp Duty or Legal Fees on specific plots, therefore making the move in to your new home a little easier.

There are also schemes available which may help you get on the property ladder;

You could get a 95% mortgage with the Government backed NewBuy scheme which requires just a 5% deposit. This reduces the amount of money you would have to pay up front so you can move into your new home much quicker.

The Help to Buy scheme offers a 20% loan from the Government to top up your deposit of just 5%, requiring you to apply for a much lower mortgage of just 75%, which helps reduce your monthly payments.
